- Standalone add-on. The Applied Studio is a distinct, optional commercial product. It is not automatically included with AI Mindset training courses, workshops, or enterprise engagements, and is procured separately under the Client's enterprise order form.
- Contractual separation. Training and consulting agreements may be executed independently of Studio procurement. A Client may purchase training without the Studio (for example, where the Client's internal software policies restrict use of third-party AI services), and vice versa.
- Order form controls. Pricing, term, seat scope, and usage baselines are defined in the Client's enterprise order form. If these Terms and an executed order form conflict, the order form prevails.
2. Access codes and licensing
- Organizational access. Access is provisioned at the organization level through a unique, company-wide access code (for example, a code in the form EXAMPLECO-0000). Individual per-user credentials are not issued.
- Shared key, Client-controlled. The code is a shared key: any person who has it can use the Studio, including several people at once on different devices. The Client is responsible for distributing the code only to its authorized employees and contractors, and for requesting deactivation if the code is compromised. AI Mindset can deactivate and reissue a code at any time on request, without affecting other clients.
- Permitted use. The license is granted for internal business use by the Client's authorized personnel - including role and process redesign, organizational strategy work, and related internal enablement. Resale, sublicensing, public distribution of access, or use on behalf of organizations other than the Client is not permitted.
3. What the system counts, and fair use
- What the system counts. The Studio counts requests and tokens against each client access code, the way a meter counts units. Those totals sit at organization level. They are never tied to a person, and they never include what you typed or what came back: your work stays in your browser and we hold no copy of it.
- Fair-use thresholds. Each order form defines a baseline usage cap [BASELINE CAP - per order form]. If the Client's cumulative usage materially exceeds its baseline, AI Mindset may (a) contact the Client to discuss a higher tier, (b) apply the secondary billing tier defined in the order form [SECONDARY TIER - per order form], or (c) temporarily throttle access to protect service availability for all clients.
- Abuse protection. AI Mindset may suspend a code immediately where usage patterns indicate the code has leaked beyond the Client's organization or is being used for prohibited purposes (Section 6), pending resolution with the Client.
4. Data, continuity, and backups
- Local persistence. The Client acknowledges that all user work product (profiles, inputs, generated outputs) is stored in each user's browser local storage, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI Mindset holds no server-side copy.
- No responsibility for local data loss. AI Mindset is not responsible for loss of work resulting from cleared browser data, private-browsing sessions, browser or device changes, or hardware failure.
- Backup responsibility. Users are encouraged to preserve work using the Studio's built-in export features (including the Markdown (.md) export/restore utility and document downloads). Exported files are the Client's responsibility to store appropriately.
- Service changes. AI Mindset may update, improve, or modify Studio features. Updates do not erase locally stored work, though material changes to data formats will be handled with reasonable care to preserve compatibility.
5. AI-generated content
- Nature of outputs. Studio outputs are generated by large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or statements that sound confident but are wrong. Outputs are working drafts and thinking aids - not professional, legal, financial, or HR advice.
- Human review. The Client is responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them, particularly for decisions affecting individuals (hiring, restructuring, performance) and for regulated communications.
- Ownership. As between the parties, the Client owns its inputs and the outputs generated from them, to the extent permitted by law and by Anthropic's commercial API terms.
6. Acceptable use
The Studio may not be used to: violate law or third-party rights; generate content that is deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful; attempt to extract, probe, or reverse-engineer the underlying models, the access-control system, or the API relay; deliberately circumvent usage thresholds; or input categories of regulated personal data prohibited by the Client's own policies (see Privacy Policy, Section 7).
7. Disclaimers and liability
- The Studio is provided "as is" and "as available". AI Mindset does not warrant uninterrupted availability, and third-party dependencies (model APIs, hosting) may occasionally affect service.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Mindset's aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by the Client for the Studio in the [12] months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. General terms
- Term and termination. As set out in the order form. On termination, access codes are deactivated; locally stored work remains on users' devices and exported files remain with the Client.
- Changes to these Terms. Material changes will be notified to the Client with reasonable notice; continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [VENUE].
